I have worked on educational projects with the Centre for Research and Development in Education.
European project to promote Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI)
- One of two people on the writing team, designing engaging resources integrating RRI principles, the science curricula of EU countries and research-informed pedagogy. The resources were translated and distributed by 10 partner countries across Europe
- Attended online and face-to-face meetings to pitch and present ideas to the other partners
- Responsible for running UK website – writing news articles, uploading resources, moderating and replying to comments
- Helped design and run online CPD sessions
- Visiting researcher at the Open University studying strategies for teachers to improve their ability to deliver lessons based around socio-scientific issues
- Co-author of several journal articles

- Writing lesson plans and resources that follow the 5E lesson structure and utilise the pedagogical framework of gradual release of responsibility
- Designing suitable activities for teacher CPD workshops
